Nobi lights make ordinary rooms smart: fall detection in seconds, two-way communication and nurse call, a log of staff visits and calls, and insight into how each fall happened — so the next one can be prevented. Privacy by design.
Reviews mentioning a fall were read and classified one by one; only confirmed physical falls are listed.
No confirmed physical falls were described in reviews of this community during the period.
“Management from top to bottom have been amazing. Always flexible. Helping families. Adjusting care when needed. Mom happy and in great environment. Laura, activities director awesome. The best place for my mom the last 3 years and on. Helpful to the family as well. Business Office, Administration. Everyone has done above and beyond to help my mom, me and family.”
“I am so happy that I choose The Villages of Lake highlands for my family member. The staff is great, their operation smooth, very trustworthy people. I would recommend this facility for any family member looking for a nursing home or A Assisted Living for their loved ones. You will experience great, caring, and hardworking staff.”
“My mom was here back in September, probably one of the worst places anyone can ever be admitted to, I wouldn’t even put my dog here. The food is trash, the staff is rude, she laid in her own waste for hours, the rooms are nasty and management is non existent.”
“Do lots of research before you come here. Under-staffed, means your family will not receive the proper care. The A/C rarely works. The food and kitchen staff are the only positive here.”

“What happens if my mom falls at 2 a.m.?” Communities that answer that clearly win the move-in — and write a different kind of review. See how Nobi communities say it out loud, on the tour and in the brochure.
