“My mother was there for 5 months. I live in Jersey, so I would call once or twice a week to check on her. I got one returned call. No one reached out and then they tried to block my other sister from seeing her. Not a great place. And no call to let us know she was failing and then died.”
“Very rude service!! They either do not answer or answer and hang up on you!! If I could leave negative stars I definitely would!!”
“We had the worst experience with memory care at Spring Mill. It looks beautiful but they do not take care of their residents! My dad was never shaved, always in someone else’s clothes, and always sleeping! There are no activities to help the residents engage. It is very hard to get in touch with staff members and they are less than willing to help you. Please do not send your loved ones there if you truly love them!”
“The evening supervisor Jewel is very rude and need to learn better people skills. i spoke to her about my mothers concerns and she was very nasty towards me and extremely dismissive.”

Nobi lights make ordinary rooms smart: fall detection in seconds, two-way communication and nurse call, a log of staff visits and calls, and insight into how each fall happened — so the next one can be prevented. Privacy by design.
“What happens if my mom falls at 2 a.m.?” Communities that answer that clearly win the move-in — and write a different kind of review. See how Nobi communities say it out loud, on the tour and in the brochure.
