Waiting for help

“Husband has to wait and wait to get his pain medication at night. Why isn't it scheduled?”

“Rude staff. Gave orders rather than asking. Problems with giving the correct medicine. The staff would say certain medicine was given when it hadn't. Also, very slow to respond when called.”

“Was visiting my friend for her birthday. Normally things run smoothly but today her bathroom had backed up and it seemed it was no urgency to unclog it. No bueno🥴”

“Independent Living is great! My dads lived in Hawthorne for 2 years & I still smile every time I visit. Love his friends, the activities, the food & of course the people who work there & the new buildings & facilities. The grounds, Walking path, Dog park, putting green, work out area that rivals health clubs w a wonderful pool. Check it out :)”

“I have been very impressed with the service and cleanliness at Presbyterian Village North. My wife’s grandmother had a wonderful experience there and enjoyed being there, after initially resisting the idea of going to any facility. Management seems to have addressed issues from the prior administration. The facilities are really nice.”

“William working security at the front gate has been very bizarre and unprofessional. Always asks inappropriate questions. I have Always felt uncomfortable with my brief interactions with him.”

Is this your community?

Families don’t just tour buildings. They tour for reassurance.

“What happens if my mom falls at 2 a.m.?” Communities that answer that clearly win the move-in — and write a different kind of review. See how Nobi communities say it out loud, on the tour and in the brochure.

What families ask on tour
01“How quickly will you know if she falls?”
02“Will someone check on her at night?”
03“How do you protect her privacy and her dignity?”
04“What happens before a fall, not just after?”
