“My mom is in Memory Care at Heritage and I wanted to share how well she is treated by the staff. They are kind and caring. The Memory Care nurse is capable and has build a great team. We appreciate them very much.”
“It’s unfortunate I’ve visited my grandmother three different times and they are still having issues with rats. For the amount of money she pays we should be comfortable visiting her but we are not. They are everywhere and the dining room is filthy.”
