“Just had a great experience touring StoryPoint at Josey Ranch Carrollton. Britton was kind and very knowledgable and gave a very in depth tour. “Lakeview is definitely a step above the average community. The food is very good and there are many choices. It’s very clean. Th staff goes beyond what I would expect. I’m very familiar with communities as I have lived in several. I’m very pleased.”
“No integrity! Lakeview Josey Ranch refused to honor my 90 year old mother’s lease agreement to let her out of the lease after she gave notice due to failing health and entered a nursing home. LJR violated the lease, welched on an agreement and cheated her out of thousands of dollars. Do not trust that LJR won’t cheat you as well.”
“New ownership has not been a plus. Food quality has gone down and they no longer offer protein with breakfast. We would not recommend. There are better options for your money. The only reason we don't move my father is the other residents which are his friends.”
