Waiting for help

“What a joke! Emergency room waiting for 3 hours and there was only 3 of us waiting to be seen. People are in pain and they aren’t even putting them in a room. Only one here after 3 hours and still waiting, screw this place just drive to Reno you still wouldn’t have to wait this long. They aren’t even that busy there just lazy!”

In their own words.

“This was my second visit with Dr. Kelly. I was satisfied and content with the outcome of my visit, as we discussed my heaIth concerns. I would describe Dr. Kelly as compassionate, competent, and dedicated, as well as patient-centered, knowledgeable, thorough, and empathetic. I value doctors who are good listeners, communicative, and trustworthy.”

“I had wonderful care from not only Echo but her office team was fantastic as well. I was contacted with reminders so in a busy life i did not accidentally forget the importance of managing my own health. Echo ensures I am also putting in great measures to watch the preventative maintenance areas of my health early on. I appreciate HGH.”

“every time i’ve been here, this old man doctor in the e.r. has been very rude and ignores my input on my own treatment. another lady nurse walked in on me while i was putting on my gown, didn’t close the curtain and just took over putting the gown on for me. the staff are very rude, ignorant and will look at you like a zoo animal if you have a mental health issue around them”

Is this your community?

Families don’t just tour buildings. They tour for reassurance.

“What happens if my mom falls at 2 a.m.?” Communities that answer that clearly win the move-in — and write a different kind of review. See how Nobi communities say it out loud, on the tour and in the brochure.

What families ask on tour
01“How quickly will you know if she falls?”
02“Will someone check on her at night?”
03“How do you protect her privacy and her dignity?”
04“What happens before a fall, not just after?”
