In their own words.

“Washington Pointe dietary department shines with employees like Iris Santiago. Iris prayed with my Dad daily and as he neared the end she made sure my family’s needs were met. We never had to ask because Iris made sure we had coffee, fresh water, tea & juice as well as something to eat if we were hungry so we never had to leave his side. We appreciate her love and compassion.”

“Nelly and Kassie and the entire team at Washington Pointe are such a pleasure to work with. They are very professional and caring. They recently provided a space for us to lead a Dementia Live experience, and set out plenty of drinks and snacks. The staff members who attended the experience gave us excellent feedback. We have placed clients there and they really love it!”

Is this your community?

Families don’t just tour buildings. They tour for reassurance.

“What happens if my mom falls at 2 a.m.?” Communities that answer that clearly win the move-in — and write a different kind of review. See how Nobi communities say it out loud, on the tour and in the brochure.

What families ask on tour
01“How quickly will you know if she falls?”
02“Will someone check on her at night?”
03“How do you protect her privacy and her dignity?”
04“What happens before a fall, not just after?”
