“I moved into the newly opened Watermere McKinney in August. It's my first experience with Independent living and has exceeded all of my expectations. Spacious apartment, delicious daily menus, numerous enjoyable on and off sight activities. Friendly helpful staff. Prior to deciding on Watermere I researched numerous facilities and this location is the best!”
“I just want to give a shout out to our activity director, Sami, and assistant , Aleigh, at Watermere McKinney, Texas. Both of these wonderful young women are doing an amazing job of providing varied activities that are fun and informative at our 55+ community. I highly recommend anyone looking for a 55+ community to consider making this their home.”
“My apartment is lovely but the maintenance service is terrible. Ice maker was not hooked up. Was told my request had been canceled and ice maker was working. Not true - waited another 2 weeks for someone to come. My oven does not work - appliance manuals were not provided when asked. Definitely need more maintenance personnel.”
“My parents moved in expecting food options like they state on their website, they only provide dinner Thursdays and most of it is fried and unhealthy, not what senior need!!! My parents will be moving out if things don’t improve.”
